Does customer data train AI models?
No. Powe Products LLC does not use customer documents or prompts to train foundation models. Relevant record excerpts are processed only to produce the feature you requested.
Can a manager correct a bad answer once and make it stick?
Yes. Managers and authorized board leaders can publish a verified answer for a recurring community question, and can review whether a citation was accurate.
Can resident AI be turned off?
Yes. A community can turn off resident access and keep board and manager access. A community can also set a resident question limit.
What happens when records conflict?
Documents can be marked current, draft or superseded, with an authority level and effective date. The assistant highlights the conflict. It does not decide which rule controls.
Is this legal advice or a system of record?
Neither. It is not legal advice. It is not your accounting, work-order, dues, violation or architectural system of record. Those stay where they already live.
Can we export our information?
Yes, self-serve. Authorized board officers and assigned managers can export community records and the original uploaded files. Portfolio exports run one community at a time.
Does it integrate with our current platform?
Not today. Records come in as individual files, manager uploads, and folder or ZIP exports. Direct connections to common management platforms are on the roadmap; they are not available today.
Does email reach every homeowner?
No service can promise that. Announcements are posted in the app and emailed to owners who have accounts and are eligible to receive them.
What does a pilot include?
Three communities, 90 days, with success measures agreed in writing before launch. There is no automatic renewal and no automatic portfolio rollout.
How does California records access fit?
We organize what your association already keeps and make it searchable with citations. Your counsel decides what must be produced.
Do you have customer references?
Customer stories coming after the first completed pilots. We will not publish names, logos, metrics or quotes without written customer permission.
